Each visit lasts approx. 30 minutes with your pets, cleaning and filling the water dish, feeding if appropriate and providing yard access or a walk. We love to play with your pet and if you leave a brush out we'll use it! While we're there we'll also switch on lights, radios, perform general grooming, administer medications, bring in newspapers & mail, water your plants or any other requests you have (within reason).

*Fish and Birds are not counted, when determining a client's number of pets. In most cases, fish and birds are fed at no additional cost. Cage cleaning of any pet is extra, depending on the amount of time needed to complete the task.

There may be a holiday surcharge fee on the following days: New Years Day, Easter Monday, May Long (Monday the 24th), Canada Day (July), B.C. Day (August), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Remembrance Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years eve.
